Terms of Participation

Please read carefully. By purchasing The Radiance Reset, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following terms between Tara Skipp, trading as Integrative Therapy and Coaching (“the Company”, “we” or “us”), and yourself.

The Program

The Company agrees to provide The Radiance Reset, a five week online program, as described at the time of purchase. This includes access to the program via the Kajabi portal, containing audio, written and other supporting materials. You will have access to the Kajabi portal for 6 months from the date of your enrolment. Should the Company need to close the program area within this time, you will be given 30 days notice and the opportunity to download core resources.

Tara Skipp is a qualified counsellor and coach, however The Radiance Reset is not a substitute for individual therapy, medical care or psychiatric treatment. The program does not diagnose or treat any medical or mental health condition, and is not a replacement for professional 1:1 support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your GP, a qualified mental health professional, or a crisis service such as Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Participating in this program is your choice and your responsibility. It is your responsibility to assess whether the program content and any suggested practices are suitable for your circumstances, and to consult a medical or mental health professional where appropriate.

Payment

Payment must be received in full, or in accordance with an agreed payment plan, before access to the program is granted. All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable. Login details will be provided once payment is confirmed.

Refunds

All payments for The Radiance Reset are non refundable. We encourage you to read all program details carefully, including the content, format and commitment involved, before purchasing. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have done so and accept full responsibility for your purchase.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not disclose the personal information you provide except as set out in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. As a participant, you agree to respect the privacy of other participants in the program. You must not share anything disclosed by another participant, whether in group sessions, community spaces or elsewhere, outside the program without their express permission.

Intellectual Property

All content within The Radiance Reset, including audio, written material, templates, worksheets and branding, is the intellectual property of Tara Skipp and Integrative Therapy and Coaching, and is protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a single use, non exclusive, non transferable licence to access and use this content for your own personal purposes only.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish or create derivative works from any program content, in whole or in part, without prior written permission. Program content is for your individual use only and must not be shared, including with people who have not purchased the program. Any breach of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of your access, without entitlement to a refund.
